i stayed in a mountainside king beautiful room pool view. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the balcony opened onto gardens. the heated pool maintained a great temperature.

the food was tasty, but became quite repetitive after a few days.

the animation team was fun the food was delicious and the accommodations were beautiful.

i noticed cigarette ends in the pool water and the tiles looked dirty the bathroom was dated and the tiles were not very clean it was uncomfortable showering because of this.

the room included a large bed a big television and nice furniture i had two balconies , made the room feel open and cute the room was cleaned daily by mustafa and he made towel animals which were a lovely touch.

pools were cleaned daily i used the bars near the pool and bartenders were friendly the restaurant was not crowded and i could always find a table mohamed the waiter provided excellent service and decorated the table with wine or beer and fresh flowers.

The check-in process was acceptable and fast.

I found some issues upon arrival. The rooms in block 8, mountain side, were very dated and needed refurbishment. The terrace furniture was always covered in bird droppings. This was not acceptable. The 'all-inclusive' aspect was also misleading. Only certain drinks were included.
